Online coaching, nutrition and training plans

The services I offer:

  • Consultation: Face to face or over Skype. If you need motivation, or just want to know more about nutrition or training – whether you’re a  beginner or advanced athlete – book an hour consultation and let me help you.
  • Online coaching: Includes a customized nutrition and training program and weekly check-ins (over Skype). This plan includes as many changes to the nutrition and training programs during the coaching program as needed.
  • Workshops and Seminars: I am available for any fitness/body building, or nutrition related workshops and seminars: training techniques, diet, weight loss etc Please get in touch for details



  • My weight loss programs are long term programs:

During the initial 8 weeks I provide you with an easy to follow nutrition plan (with a shopping list attached), and a complimenting training plan. We have check-ins 2x a week on Skype to make sure you are on the right track and your motivation levels are high to push through the first 8 weeks. I will also change your nutrition or training plans during this period, if need be and provide you with enough information to learn about how your body works and the basics of nutrition and training.

After the first 8 weeks we switch to a 1x a week check-in for another 8 weeks to make sure you’re still motivated to lose bodyfat and you’re still making progress. We change your nutrition and training plans so that you still see progress and to avoid your body getting used to the same foods and workouts.

After the first 16 weeks we switch to 2x a month check-ins and change your nutrition and training plans again – for another 8 weeks.

After this 6 months I believe you should have made lifestyle changing habits that you can continue doing. You will know what foods to eat and what to avoid, how to train for weight loss or maintenance. However if you think you still need my help occasionally, I offer a one-off ‘check-up’ when we can discuss any of your questions or problems, and I offer 50% off of any further nutrition or training plan.

 I do take my training very seriously, for me that’s high priority.

I work with different people with different goals. I can differentiate between serious athletes and hobby trainers who want to work out for fitness. I do understand that the goals, priorities and motivation are all different for different people. I push everyone to their own limits, not to my standards. I understand that we have different goals and priorities. However one thing is constant:  it’s very satisfying for me to help them reach their goals and see them succeed. I understand how important it is for your success to have a good coach who can advise you what to do when you hit a plateau, or can motivate you when you think it’s time to give up.
